Over the years I have developed several shapes that customers ask for again and again. A great surf session has everything to do with the match of surfer and shape than where the board was manufactured.  My production boards are made in several different factories around the globe with my boards on hand as templates. I have spent time where all of them are made and there are no children building my boards and the glass shops are much cleaner, cooler and well thought out than any that I have worked in over the years. The quality of my production boards is outstanding and frankly you cannot tell the difference from a board that I personally shaped and glassed except that they are quite a bit less expensive.

My custom boards are shaped by me personally not from CNC preshapes. I have a network of local glassers that do excellent work for my polyurethane/polyester shapes and I build all of my EPS/epoxy boards from the blank to the glass job myself because I love to. Many of my models don't fit well into  production manufacturing because the nature of the shape is crucial to the match of surfer/ surfboard/ surf spot.
